Our Pet Policy
We welcome pets that are at or under 80lbs and not on the restricted breeds list. Restricted breeds include: Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chows, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Terriers, Bulldogs, Wolf Hybrids, and any mixed breed with 50% of any of the restricted breeds listed above. You may have up to two pets. No exotic pets or other types of pets are allowed. A $500 non-refundable pet fee is required.
*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
